Get ready for the ultimate basketball showdown in Nick Basketball Stars! The basketball season is in full swing, and the Nickelodeon universe is buzzing with excitement. All your favorite characters, including the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sanjay & Craig, SpongeBob SquarePants, Patrick, and many more from shows like The Legend of Korra, The Loud House, and Harvey Beaks, will be there.

Your mission is to choose your beloved cartoon character and help them win the Championship. Use your skills and quick thinking to master the game and defeat the opposing team. Do you have what it takes to become the next basketball star? Let's find out!

How To Play

You have three modes to choose from: Random Match, Hall of Fame, and Tournament. Once you've selected your favorite cartoon character, you can start with a quick tutorial in the Random Match mode to familiarize yourself with the game.

Use the Left and Right Arrow keys to move. Try to catch the basketball by running towards it. Use the Up Arrow key to jump for the ball or to strike an opponent. You can perform a double jump by pressing the Up Arrow key again while in mid-air. Press the Spacebar to attack your opponent and steal the ball.

Scoring points is simple: get as close as possible to the opposing basketball hoop and dunk the ball! Jump (or double jump) with the Up Arrow key and, when at the level of the hoop, press the Spacebar to score.

Unleash a Mega Dunk!

As the game progresses, the basketball power-up at the top left corner of the screen will gradually charge up. Once it's fully charged, you can perform a Mega Dunk. It follows the same rules as a regular dunk but can be executed from the opposite side of the field as well, earning you more points.

Your score is displayed on the top of the screen on the electronic scoreboard. A regular basket earns two points, while a Mega Dunk adds three points to your team. The first team to reach 21 points wins the match.

If your teammate has the ball, you can help them by attacking the opposing players to prevent them from stealing the ball.

Tournament and The Hall of Fame

Once you've warmed up and grasped the basics, challenge yourself in Tournament mode to become a basketball master. Each level features a different cartoon character as your opponent. Progress through the list of opponents and climb to the top of the rankings.

In the Hall of Fame, you can view your character's statistics. Click on each character to see how many matches you've won with them, the number of dunks and Mega Dunks you've scored, and other achievements. As you continue playing, you'll unlock more cartoons and characters.

Additionally, you can download posters of your favorite cartoons in the Hall of Fame and use them as desktop wallpapers. To unlock a wallpaper, you must defeat that team with at least one Mega Dunk. So keep playing until you conquer your favorite cartoon!
